No REFUNDS ! Eligible* exchanges will be honored within 24 hours of purchase.

‘Exchange Eligibility:

Hair/Product must be not have been worn , opened or tampered with.

If purchased undesired length or texture, an exchange may be granted based on management decision. 

For special accommodations, if hair is returned there will be a 40% restocking fee.
