Shipping policy

Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays. Products ship within 1-3 business days.  During Sales/promotions, processing times may take up to 7 business days for orders to process.  Processing times for wigs can take up to 25 business days.

Payment Terms

Terms of payment are always 100% upfront. We accept most major credit cards. As soon as you place an order online, your credit card will be charged. Credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise will be lead to prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.

Your billing and shipping address must match in order to complete a transaction on this site. Krowned Me Extensions reserves the right to request additional payment and shipping verification after an order is submitted.

Shipping Policy

All orders within the US are shipped via FEDEX with receipt confirmation and insurance. It takes approximately 2-3 business days for orders to be delivered.  Packages shipped to a PO BOX will be shipped via USPS only. Orders would be shipped once payment is confirmed and cleared. International orders typically take up to 10 business days for delivery and are shipped via FedEx. KrownedMe Extensions reserves the right to change the delivery method specified on this website to a comparable method. Shipping charges may be more or less than the actual rate charged by the carrier. All shipping costs must be paid in full at the time of the order.
